Kingsbarn Funds provides passive investment income opportunities for “accredited investors,” including high-net-worth individuals, family trusts, foundations, and institutional investors. Our Fund Program has been ongoing for over a decade. The company has consistently paid all investor returns monthly and has never paid anything less than the projected returns identified in the offering documents. Secured by real estate interests, Kingsbarn’s real estate-centric funds are deployed for the acquisition, construction, and development of commercial real estate. Kingsbarn’s direct management of each of our structured funds positions the company to exercise the oversight and control necessary to successfully pilot each investment. Our Funds allow investors to participate in high-yielding investments with a sponsor that has a proven track record and one that they know and trust.

INCOME VS GROWTH

Investment funds fall into two categories: income and growth. An income fund typically provides investors with consistent monthly income from either dividends or preferred returns, while a growth fund seeks to grow the original sum invested as much as possible or by a set amount. Kingsbarn has both income and growth funds that provide real estate investors with the ability to accomplish both of these objectives

DIRECT MANAGEMENT

Kingsbarn Funds are proprietary and are managed by the company. Through direct management, Kingsbarn is positioned to exercise the oversight and control necessary to pilot each investment. We apply sound real estate fundamentals to achieve competitive, risk-adjusted returns for our investors.
 
PURPOSE OF DIVIDEND FUND
The proceeds invested in Kingsbarn’s True-Yield® Real Estate Dividend Fund are utilized to fund the acquisition of real property for Kingsbarn’s various investment programs. The invested capital is typically used as part of the capital stack between the first mortgage and the equity provided by the Sponsor. The Fund-related property acquisitions are for all types of company investments including private placements, DSTs, Opportunity Zone Funds, and development projects.

Our principals have offered and placed co-investment positions in over $2 billion of commercial, income-producing properties. The leadership group at Kingsbarn has diverse backgrounds in real estate finance, development, syndication, and management, that equips our management team with the requisite, industry-related, skillset to direct and manage Kingsbarn’s innovative and diverse fund program.

Louie Goros

MANAGING DIRECTOR & HEAD OF DISTRIBUTION

Louie Goros leverages his brokerage background and extensive knowledge of commercial real estate to provide his clients with structured real estate investments through Kingsbarn’s diversified investment programs.

Prior to joining Kingsbarn, Louie helped lead a large brokerage team at Marcus & Millichap with over $400,000,000 in transaction volume. There, he specialized in acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily apartment buildings in San Diego County and facilitation of 1031 exchanges. During Louie’s career in brokerage, he represented a wide range of investors, helping them create and preserve wealth through investment sales and advisory services.

Louie proudly served in the United States Marine Corps with 1st Reconnaissance Battalion at Camp Pendleton, CA. Following his honorable discharge from the military, Louie went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in small business management and entrepreneurship from the University of Phoenix.

Outside of the office, Louie enjoys staying fit and spending time with his wife, Brogan, and two-year old daughter, Taya.
